Required for approximately 1 liter of Matcha Mojito:
- 1 liter of low-mineral water
- ½ teaspoon of Matcha Keiki or Matcha Kotobuki
- 1 (organic) lime
- A few sprigs of mint to taste
- A handful of ice cubes or crushed ice
This is how you make your Matcha Mojito:
- Cut the lime in 4 and squeeze the pieces lightly in a nice jug.
- Put the lime pieces and the sprigs of mint in the jug.
- Add the 1/2 teaspoon of Matcha Keiki or Matcha Kotobuki and stir everything well.
- 4. Add the water while stirring.
- 5. Let the mojito rest in the fridge overnight so that the flavors can retract.
